Oak Grove Baptist Church

Laura Beth joined Oak Grove with her family when she was eleven years old. She was raised in Fort Towson and attended Carl Albert State College and the University of Central Oklahoma. She enjoys traveling and has lived in various cities around the US and world. She is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Education and a Doctorate of Educational Ministry.  Her parents live in Hugo so she and her children moved back to Hugo in early 2022 to be near them. Laura Beth now serves as the Secretary/Treasurer and enjoys the variety of tasks involved in the ministry. Her favorite verse is Psalm 46:10, “Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted on the earth.”
